Bill payments

You can pay overdue accounts (except for Water Supply) or to pay a larger/smaller amount than what is shown on the bill (except for EYDAP, EYATH and Insurance companies).

The fee you pay for the Bill Payment service is:
  • €1.00 per transaction with cash or credit/debit card (for utility bill payments)
  • €1.50 per transaction by cash or credit/debit card (for payments towards Public entities)

The Organization is informed, for your payment, until the end of the next business day from the day of execution of the payment

Pay your bill easily and quickly, as long as you have the relevant payment form/notification with you that shows the "Payment Code" or "Debtor ID" (if it concerns a Government payment).

It will also be necessary to enter the name and contact number of the payer, in case there is a problem with the transaction.

Depending on the type and value of the bill to be paid, additional information may be requested from the point of service.

You can make transactions for more than 230 available institutions and organizations, such as payments for Energy, Water, Telecommunications, Insurance, as well as debts to the State and Municipalities.

Pay your bill, at any contracted service point of OTRO PAY. Each OTRO PAY service point has been certified by Bank of Greece as a representative of the OTRO PAY E-Money Institution.

The process of paying off a bill is easy, secure and lasts less than one (1) minute.

The transaction is carried out easily and quickly by following the steps below: 

  1. Select the module Billing”
  2. Select the category and account type that you want to pay off 
  3. Enter in the fields payment details (Payment code, account amount, expiration date, name and phone number of payer) 
  4. Choose the relevant "Payment Method" (Cash or credit/debit card) 
  5. In the case of a cash payment, collect the money from the customer and complete the transaction by printing the slip  
  6. In case of payment by credit/debit card, you pass the customer's card through the corresponding POS terminal and then the transaction is completed by printing the payment slip.

The transactions you can make involve more than 230 available agencies and organizations, such as payments for Energy, Water Supply, Telecommunications, Natural Gas, Insurance, Traffic Fees as well as debts to the State and Municipalities.

By pressing "back" in the Android device, you are returned to the home page of the app, which has the calculating system. There you can input a new transaction or cancel the transaction. The first transaction is cancelled.

This concerns the WeChat Pay account of the Chinese citizen and we cannot affect that. The customer must contact WeChat. Transaction is cancelled for now.
